Benefits are good. Upper management has stock options; wish this was available for all team members. Lots of opportunities throughout the organization. Work, life balance is not always respected

We have a very friendly, light, funny working environment in the office. We still manage to be very efficient and professional and having a laugh together.

Being a mother of two and having the chance to completely freely decide if I work remote or drive into the office has a great value. I manage to organize my personal and private life and still reach all my profesionnal goals. This is a great value

Hospitality has traditionally been a male-dominated field (whether it's ownership of actual hotels or employee makeup of a hospitality company) and it can sometimes feel like a boys club. That's changing slightly but important to keep that in mind as you work on projects and learn about the company.

Hilton is a wonderful place to work. They do promote family time! I have worked for other companies as a mom, and Hilton is by far the most accommodating company. I don't feel guilty being at work and I don't feel guilty when I need to be my mom and step away from work!

I took maternity leave before they changed the policy. Now mothers get more paid time off with their babies which is awesome!

The company pats itself on the back for 10 weeks of mat leave which is nicer than 0 but it is hardly enough time to leave a newborn in someone else's care. There's also no evidence of an audit to check that women and men are paid fairly. There's also only 2 women in our executive committee, but plenty of women in the pipeline so I wonder where the glass ceiling comes in.

Least flexibility among hourly workers, housekeeping, sales manager. More flexibility in higher positions but you have to get to the right department that doesn't need exactly 9 - 5.
