"Hilton is a very inspirational and forward thinking company. I am very proud and satisfied to work here. Our CEO is AMAZING and sets the tone for the leadership team. My coworkers are smart, ambitious and kind. I feel very fortunate to have gotten in the door here eight years ago. Every year just keeps getting better. I love the direction we headed and excited for our bright future as a company."

"There are many opportunities to move up the ladder. Make it known (at least to your manager) what you want to do. Network with other leaders and cultivate more junior female talent. "
