      "This is leadership dependent, but I have consistently found that my leaders are very flexible about when we come/go based on our family needs. There is a culture that encourages this communication and prioritizes completing the work vs sitting at your desk for certain times."

      "I work on a team of all women. We joke and laugh together, but most importantly, WE GET STUFF DONE! Not only is my team all female, but a majority of the other people I work with are also women, many of which have 5+ years with the organization and have grown significantly in their roles. This is a testament to the fact that Hilton respects that value that women bring to the workplace!"

      "I am so confident that individuals will enjoy working at Hilton that I will recommend the company to anyone: friends, family, students - most especially women. I have been given the resources to succeed and the encouragement to give it my best shot, even if it's a task I'm relatively new at. I feel like my opinions are welcome at all levels of the company and I see change continuing to happen to break barriers for women in the workforce, not only in corporate America but around the world.
