"Make your self heard and do not stand for the mostly mail executive boards and leadership teams. Find a mentor that holds equality as one of the highest standards."

"Flexibility completes depends on the position you hold. As an executive my work is flexible only if I have someone to cover me which is not always the case. For my team members it is more flexible because there are others to fill their positions."
