"Hilton has increased the number of paid weeks twice since I started here. That, to me, shows they're in touch with the workforce. It's a great benefit in the US, though it doesn't come close to what women should be offered in this country."

"Hilton respects all cultures and genders. Unlike past jobs Hilton has always treated me with the same respect as men. I feel that Hilton is genuinely interested in bettering each employee personally and professionally. I would highly recommend Hilton to women."

"Hilton is an amazing place to work! The culture is great! There is so much energy and passion here and everyone (male or female) is given the opportunity to move up and move around. I have seen people move from department to department while moving up vs having to start over. Hilton truly cares about it's Team Members and understands that if we are happy, our guests will be happy! "

"Human Resources, especially the recruitment department, allows a ton of flexibility! Our senior leader always says "Work is what you do, not where you are". We have the ability to set our own schedules, work remotely when needed and are encouraged to take time off. Many of the working mothers in our department work remotely the majority of the time and only come in for meetings and special events. "
