"Benefits are good. Upper management has stock options; wish this was available for all team members. Lots of opportunities throughout the organization. Work, life balance is not always respected"

"Hospitality has traditionally been a male-dominated field (whether it's ownership of actual hotels or employee makeup of a hospitality company) and it can sometimes feel like a boys club. That's changing slightly but important to keep that in mind as you work on projects and learn about the company. "
