      "Overall a great place for women to work. Flexibility on the manager side more than the hourly employee side, but in an emergency or serious circumstance, they were flexible as needed. I was passed over for a promotion by another woman who had been with the company at another location for a long time. She had proven her success in sales. I never had a chance to prove myself, even though I had been a great employee at my location. I wish my experience at that property had been taken into consideration and they had given me the chance. I would have worked very hard to prove myself, whereas the person who came in just coasted through the work."
