"IBM is a great place to work, especially if you have strong technical skills and leadership skills. There are many opportunities to move into project management, user interface design, and business analyst for those who are more "people oriented", but there are even bigger opportunities for those who can work in integration, business analytics, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
IBM has a very aggressive policy of acceptance and assimiliation of women into the workforce, and encourages women to take on leadership roles."

"Get ready to be overlooked for an asisgnment given to a less qualified man in the boys club. Also, be prepared to be the only woman in a meeting 80% of the time."

"They try to make sure women feel heard and listened to. I would like to see more WOC in elevated positions and spaces of power, but there are policies centered against making women's lives easier."
