"Equality has not been practiced here lately due to focus on the diversity agenda for branding purposes. Therefore, recruitment has been based on gender rather than talent. For example, males applicants have been intentionally set aside to increase the number of females in the organization. As a woman, I don't feel this is fair and demonstrates a company with the right view points. "

"Upper management rarely promote due to financial constraints from global. Therefore, a lot of talents are left in a job level for years (some even for 10 ore more) with little to no development due to this. Moreover, managers do not mentor and expect talent to swim by pushing them into the ocean. This is how performance is measured. "
