"Assorted variety and incorporation is critical to me and on the off chance that it is Intel is the organization. The organization advances decent variety since it realizes that it is a more grounded organization when various individuals cooperate. An individual's uniqueness and singularity is praised here at Intel."

"Women engineers are treated equally on my team and even outnumber the men. I don't feel any discrimination, and there are different races and cultures here. I don't see a lot of women in leadership positions though. "
