"I've worked a job at a company (not Intel) where they said they valued women, but I was one of four women on a floor of 100 people. I was the only woman under 25 at that job too. It's completely different at Intel. You can tell they take care to employ an inclusive workforce, with emphasis on treating each other with respect. "

"Be mindful that there are people that have been working at Intel for a very long time and maybe have not made the shift in mindset that the company's culture has in the past 5 years. In technical positions, do not expect an even split between men and women in the workplace. Find mentors that will push you to grow personally and professionally."
