"I think that Intel is a great company for women to work at. I have never felt that I was treated any differently than male employees and there are plenty of organizations and company policies that support the female employees."

"There are appallingly few opportunities to develop on technical track in the factory system. It appears that there are efforts to improve the pipeline but so far the best way to progress as an individual contributor is to leave for TD or shift over to a support group. If you are interested in management, however, the pathway is better defined and there is much better female representation."
