"Intel treats employees very fairly. There are numerous programs to support women, both in advancing our careers and with personal life (8 weeks bonding leave, flexible schedule upon return from maternity leave etc). We have a very successful women's network, Women at Intel Network, which offers mentorship, support, meet-ups, educational programs etc for women around the world. Health benefits are also excellent here, and very supportive of families/children. The expectations are high, and hours can be challenging, but there is also a degree of flexibility in shifting hours, work from home, etc. Coworkers are supportive of parents who need to leave early for school pick-ups or to attend a Kindergartner's spring performance, etc."
