"Find a female manager who has a feminist side agenda and you may do well. This is a good place to start out in your career but there is a ceiling and this company tends to promote based on tenure. "

"us their learning tools. first 2-3 years will be a grind, but after sometime, things should start sailing more smoothly. keep asking management what they expect from you for promotion, and make sure you get what you want. don't just blindly do what manager says, although most of the time you will have to, but ask questions. technically don't hold yourself back. ask questions, in meetings, and when starting projects, make sure to ask questions and doubts early on, rather than wait"

"To grow into a leadership role, you will need to sacrifice significant personal time - before/after hours, weekends, etc. But if you're just looking for a good, stable career, you can generally manage your hours with just a bit of off-hours work."

"Although not widely publicized, flex-time options exist for Moms returning to work after having children. Setting this up requires partnership with your manager, and not all managers are equally as supportive, but some women do take advantage of this."
