"The company is good however some woman at the top see new young woman as a competition and wont help a lot"

"Excellent! Though you may or may not get work/life balance depends on your job and team, maternity leave is long. Gender equality is often addressed in Intel and indeed implemented when it comes to hiring and promotions. "

"With the right manager intel can be great for family with small kids. But if the manager doesn't understands the standard required by the compeny- all family fairness and work-life balance rules are not fulfilled. "
