Good benefits in general, if you aren't into making it to the top. Very smart people, little drama for a large org. Very supportive (they will pay for it and let you juggle it with work)for continuing education. Excellent work/life balance if you get the work done.

There is a very good women's resource group. The biggest difference is whether you have a good manager so it is a crap shoot.

In my experience, success here is achieved by being willing to step up and take leadership opportunities and fill in where needed. I've had one child and my team and manager were very supportive of my maternity leave. They were also very supportive of my desire to ease back into work and thus working part-time and building up to full-time hours again.

There are a decent amount of women to keep you company here. Work-life balance is reasonable for those with children to look after.
