"Pay is NOT equal between men & women. If you have a baby while employed with Kforce, you will come back to work at square 1, all the work you put in before is not valued anymore - so that promotion you were working towards is POOF! GONE! "

"Once the project is over, the recruit still needs work! Looking after them after that initial assignment assures them that you are just as concerned and dedicated to them as you are the client to whom service is being provided. After the project, you almost NEVER hear from the recruiter again unless you "chase them down" or inundate their mailbox and vmail systems. This does leave a bad taste in your mouth."
