    Again, this may not apply to all jobs within King County, but working for the court is a bit difficult because technologically, they're quite behind the private sector, e.g. no ability to work remotely, limited flexibility because court must nearly always be accessible.

    Maybe. It depends on what kind of job you want to have - King County is so large and diverse that my experience working for the court may not be representative of working for the County overall.
