"I love the work I do. I would tell them you will never truly be a part of the group. They want you to work hard and shut your mouth. they will have you do all the training for the leadership roles yet you will never be one yourself."

"This can be a great job if you like government service, and are interested in important work that is slightly less stressful, but the ability for your employer to be flexible is limited. "

"Again, this may not apply to all jobs within King County, but working for the court is a bit difficult because technologically, they're quite behind the private sector, e.g. no ability to work remotely, limited flexibility because court must nearly always be accessible. "
