"Absolutely. I am a product of legacy SAIC/Leidos and true living example of opportunity growth due to capability. Leidos is rich with smart caring teammembers who mostly want to do the right thing and achieve a common goal. I am a 23 year employee and have publications about my career written by Linked In."

"The company is working very thoughtfully and purposely through how to make diversity and inclusion as much a part of our culture as ethics. For me, you can't call yourself ethical and not have the diversity and inclusion. It is a package deal. There are pockets of the old white guys club that still exist, but the effort to neutralize and remove that culture is strong. You will be treated fairly and may have to defend yourself from time to time, and if you perform you will be acknowledged and rewarded!"

"People talk about family life a lot - it is not a taboo topic. I don't feel awkward when I have to bring up a priority that surrounds my family - it is appreciated and respected. "

"Corporate structure supports women overall, but the culture in different divisions varies dramatically. Try to get involved in organizations outside your team for widespread connections, especially if are stuck or frustrated where you are. There are a lot of opportunities and overall it's a great company."

"Leidos is a good company. Working with contracts make benefits a little tricky, as far as maternity leave and sick time goes, but i still believe Leidos cares about its employees."

"It truly depends upon the contract you're working for. If you're with corporate, it sounds wonderful. I'm with a military contract, and they have the old military mindset that women are good but men are better. So just be careful, or make sure you're ready to fight to climb the ladder."

"Haven’t needed maternity leave so not sure but many female coworkers have no problem working in caring for children and working around work to do what’s needed "
