    Provide more opportunities for advancement or job changes, and encourage exploring and expanding our skill set.

    Maybe. In my business unit, the team is fantastic and works well together. So although pay may be slightly skewed, and promotion opportunities are non-existent, it does on average have a good work/life balance and everyone is really great to work with. Of course, those are subjective factors which may not be important to everyone. Hence, I replied with "Maybe".
