"It's very easy to get pidgeonholed and stereotyped. Once management has formed an opinion about you (regardless of how little they know you), you are stuck."

"Flexibility will depend a bit on the role. I work in the corporate department in a "consultant" role, and within a year or so of working here, I was able to start working from home on Monday as well as Friday."
