"Working at Match is the first time I've ever felt like a successful working Mother -- able to pour myself into work but also have the freedom to focus on my kids and be present for them. My Manager is incredibly understanding that being a working Mom is a juggling act, and she gives me the freedom to do what needs to be done and trusts me to get my work done.
We have a women's ERG at Match, and that has been a great way to network with other women in our company!"

"Match is a fast paced, innovative company and it's great to be a part of their meaningful mission! They offer great benefits such as fertility treatment, maternity and paternity leave and much more. I'd highly recommend Match as a great place form women to growth their careers."
