"It depends on what business unit but I would not recommend the good ole boys club that is Aeronautics. As a female, it is hard to advance and break through the barriers that women are allowed to have a voice in the workplace or advocate for themselves. "

"From a STEM perspective, the work is interesting and the pay is average for the industry. It's still a boys club and expect to see men rise through the ranks while women are tasked with office chores that aren't going to get you promoted."

"They have Fridays off now in most locations. However, the work still has to get done and that can span to much more than 40 hours depending on your role."
