"It depends on your team. Some managers offer great flexibility and work from home opportunities. Other managers are very old school and micromanage, expect you to be at your desk Monday-Friday with no chance of a compressed work week. The more hours you work the better in their eyes."

"It's a virtual friendly company so you may have the opportunity to work from home once in a while, which is helpful when you have small children. Other than that, it is still a fairly traditional company as far as roles and work culture. Benefits are subpar and career advancement is limited. Senior leadership is still patriarchal."
