"Depending on the group and your supervisor, your Flexibility could be different. Some groups take more work home with them than others. Flexibility was not an issue for me personally-I worked 4/10s in maintenance, and I have never been called after hours. "

"There is a lot of good ol' boy mentality but if you're willing to hang with the guys and go toe to toe with them, you'll be respected and promoted."

"Not many women in leadership positions. Could be because leadership is mostly engineers and not many were graduating 25 years ago. Attrition rate for female employees is high, there is no maternity leave and it is difficult to get promoted if you go to part-time. Males in leadership typically do not have employed spouses."
