"Marsh does have great benefits and maternity/paternity leave. Promotions are hard to come by as they prefer to hire from outside. If you are an exempt employee, you can expect to work 50-60 hours a week at a minimum. Very little work-life balance and you are expected to work even when you are on "vacation." "

"I have not needed this, but one of my direct reports did. How much you get paid depends on how long you have been with the company. I suspect if you are at a higher level, maybe you also get more. For someone who had just been there a year, it was just 2 weeks paid, but I think they are required by law to give unpaid up to a total of 12 weeks, if you have savings to cover it."
