"Many women thrive here! The ones who don’t fit well with this traditional culture tend to struggle. Be wary of toxic teams. If you see the same position pop up on job sites every year... there is a reason."

"She’s a mean girl. And no, this isn’t sour grapes or me being rude because she didn’t give me a huge raise or something: she’s literally a mean girl. At the risk of identifying myself or my team members I don’t want to say much more about her, but please: if you get a bad vibe during the interview process, listen to your intuition."

"The company is an honest and good company, there are many upper-level positions that are filled by women. I do feel there is more work to be done in obtaining equal pay, but the company culture is good. "
