"It’s a very male dominated industry with a very corporate environment. People are unsupportive and rushed to get things done, even if it compromises quality and creativity. Everyone is very stressed.
Harassment and Sexism is everywhere if you’re a woman, which is why you don’t see a lot of women in their mid 20s early 30s in the company. You either are a dude or you don’t belong."

"I have seen a drastic evolution in diversity and inclusion here. Improved opportunities through sponsorship, improved benefits for parents (men and women) and a true grasp of the benefits for individual and the business"

"There are a lot of women working here, both in support roles and mid to upper-level management roles. I think this company is just starting to become aware that it could become more gender-friendly, and there is evidence that work is being done to make it happen. I am optimistic that it won't just be a "flavor of the month" initiative."
