"I think there are positions where women are just as well-represented in men. However, among senior leadership, the only women that I can think of are the heads of HR. There are as many, if not more, women at this insurance broker vs. men."

"NFP is family oriented, they understand that your personal obligations come first. Managers understand the necessity of a vacation or taking off to spend time with your visiting grandma. It's a great place for women to work. "

"Individual male employees were good to work with, but overall it's a good ole boys club. Many senior women have been let go, and few women are in leadership positions. Men still refer to female employees as girls."
