"They sell you a good picture in the recruiting process, but once you’re in, you see that most of the leaders are white men, and the few women who are leaders are easily influenced or their thoughts and recommendations are not considered. They are far, far behind in DEI, and are only starting that journey due to the current US climate in this area. "

"It used to be worth it here for the benefits and culture, even if the pay wasn't as good. I don't think that's as true today."

"I really enjoyed working here. I did a 6 month internship in 2015 during college. My team helped me learn and grow. My team was very small and had majority women, which I think is uncommon at this company."
