"They are working hard to hire more women. They recently added a higher match to the 401K and a couple more days for parental leave. "

"They make you take 1 week of PTO before STD kicks in. So really your STD is only 5 weeks. They now offer an additional 10 days of Parental leave that they give to both parents. "
