"Don’t speak up about managers incompetence. Also leadership will shout from the rooftops about retaining and promoting top talent however this is not true at all. Top talent is tolerated not celebrated."

"NAVEX is incredibly diverse and inclusive. Even after a few years here, I am constantly impressed with the wide range of people I get to interact with. The organization lives into our core values and if I had one thing to share --- you can absolutely be yourself here.
The hiring/management team is also great about seeing someone's transferable skills and providing on the job training. So don't be afraid to raise your hand and apply even if you don't have ALL the job requirements just yet. I can't tell you how many people I work with who didn't work in this specific industry before NAVEX.
That said, cultural fit is really important. We are a highly driven organization. There is no doubt the demands are high and you will have to rise to the occasion. If you are an eternal student who strives for excellence every day, you'll do just fine.
Lastly I think it is important to note that there is a lot of support around you and people who genuinely want you to be successful. For the most part it's a great team environment. And if for some reason things are not going well and there is opportunity to improve they will tell you. As much as feedback can be hard, you can rest assured it will never be a "surprise" if it isn't working out. "
