"Since I've worked at NCC, I have been treated in an equal manner to all my male peers and have been given every opportunity to grow. There isn't as strong of a female representation in management and executive roles as there is in support roles but this is in part due to the nature of ad sales being a male dominated industry for a long time. Additionally, our CEO and company as a whole is committed to promoting more women in leadership roles."
