" There are great benefits including healthcare, retirement, PTO, FMLA. General sense of team atmosphere so encouraging to come to work and have people to talk to, laugh with, create ideas with, etc. No glaring treatment of employees based on gender but every much a 9a-5p focus with little flexibility. "

"There is some flexibility in terms of hours (if I am slightly late or have to dip out 15 min early, there is no issue). But this has only been acceptable in the past two years or so, we definitely have clock watchers in the office. I have worked remote in other offices however whenever that comes up or even working a day from home, there is a sense of judgment from management. Whether that is real or perceived, the notion of asking to work remote has generally been looked down upon and ingrained a sense of trepidation."

"There aren't a lot of women in management positions here. However, we have a new CEO (a woman) that is making great strides in improving this."

"These reviews will vary by office. In my office, the majority of upper management is male. As a female, I have felt at times, my gender has played a role into how I was treated or respected within my office. However, I also work with our home office in NY and don't feel my gender has played a role in my treatment or respect.
With our new CEO, I am already seeing a shift of better respect in my office. "

10 Weeks Paid | 2 Weeks Unpaid
"This policy has changed, it is now 12 weeks paid. I took maternity leave twice once for only 7.5 weeks, second for full 12, paid for 10. We originally received 6 weeks paid and then would need to start tapping into vacation and sick, once those ran out you would receive half paid weeks depending on how long you had been with the company. "

"NCC is flexible when it comes to doctor's appointments or leaving for family obligations, but the practicality is missing. For example: having the ability to work remotely, while waiting your child's doctor's appt or your own appt."
