"It is a great place to work but can take a while to move up and expand your knowledge base. Being self motivated and disciplined are important traits. Questions are welcomed and the atmosphere is inviting."

"With our new CEO, we've seen a lot of much needed changes, but working for NCC for over 12 years, flexibility is given, but at the same time, you can be made to feel that it's looked down upon. We work hard and at times long hours. It doesn't feel like the flexibity given is equal to what sacrifices are asked of employees at times. Also, our ability to work remotely while we are waiting at doctors appointments or out of the office has been limited due the systems we use to work, so this also feels like a limitation to a respectable work/life balance."

"I feel very fortunate to work for this organization. I feel valued as an employee, respected by my colleagues and clients. The benefits are very nice. I felt supported when I took maternity leave and when I returned to my position after the 16 weeks. It's a wonderful place to work. As a full-time working mom, having some flexibility is very important."

"There is flexibility for sure. If I had been asked when I first started, I wouldn't have thought so .Over the years, it has improved tremendously. Our systems are better designed for us to work remotely, which has been a huge difference. Prior to these changes, it was frustrating to try to work from home if needed."
