"It was FMLA, not maternity leave. I used all accrued vacation, personal and sick days, plus 4 weeks from NCC and got 100% paid for 10 weeks. I was at 50% pay the last 2 weeks before returning to work."

"If you work hard and earn the trust of management, you should not have any issues when "life comes up" during business hours. This is understood by people that have been with the company for a couple years, but is sometimes misunderstood by newer employees. You have to pay your dues."
