"I would say to anyone working here, especially women, that you will be pressed to find a place where you, your opinions and work is more respected or appreciated.
This company is phenomenal. It took me 40 years to find it and, because of the culture and the way that management is, I want to do whatever it takes to help them succeed.
nFuzion in Jeffersonville, IN has figured out what it takes to create a winning culture in business because every single person working there absolutely loves it! It’s a niche recruitment firm, or staffing agency, and it is absolutely nothing like any other in its field.
I had reservations saying yes to this place because it’s a staffing agency and the experience I’ve had with those in the past- but it’s completely different here. They go above and beyond to find clients that have a similar culture because those are the businesses that we all want to see succeed. Those who put people over profit. That’s what nFuzion does.
Is there another company in the world where, during a pandemic, someone only has four months of seniority, their mother goes in hospice and that company continues to pay your salary while you take care of your mother until she passes? And then they gave me weeks to transition back! And I’m the only one doing my job there.
They never once made me feel bad for putting my family first and even went so far as to physically tell me that family comes first, always. This company is the place of dreams. I will forever remain loyal and motivated to do whatever it takes to help them succeed because of the kindness they’ve given me and the trust that they have placed in me."
