"The CEO has worked hard to build a family-first culture, and this shows in many places, such as the work flexibility, parental leave and health insurance. The company has been very slow to diversify the engineering team, however, and most of the gender diversity exists on the business side. In fact, the CS, Partnerships and People Ops teams are almost entirely female, and then engineering (the bulk of the company) are almost entirely male. I wish the company worked harder to improve this imbalance. Executive leadership (mostly male) doesn't talk openly about this glaring imbalance at all."
