"Be very careful about which manager hires you. My manager left 4 months in and it took 6 months to get a replacement, after that, I was made to few “less than” continually and habitually. I sought advice from other women who agreed I was being treated unfairly and recommended I find a new job because HR wouldn’t help. And they were right, HR hasn’t even returned my call. "

"Unlimited PTO basically is a benefit *to* Oracle but not to employees. PTO requests are routinely denied and employees have been asked to reschedule vacations and even return from honeymoons early. Meetings are routinely triple booked and employees are asked to meet at off-hours."

"Oracle is far more traditional than it would look for a company with a female CEO. Our CTO once said that he managed by ridicule... that isn't a cute joke. It's a culture."
