"The big law hours exist at Orrick just like everywhere else but the firm has recently implemented an "unplug policy" where you can truly take a real vacation for a week and "bill" 40 hours to unplugging. Maternity leave is almost 6 months which is a huge benefit."

"Our entire leadership team, outside of our chairman, is comprised women which is amazing. I love working closely with them everyday.
The women here have it all and want us to as well so they have family friendly policies."
