"Otsuka has a specific employee resource for women called the Network of Otsuka Women. Otsuka is also a partner with the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association. Through partnership with NOW/HBA, Otsuka offers a career development program specifically for women. I have been given many opportunities and feel very supported. "

"Supportive environment for those who want to remain in role or advance. Lots of structured and DIY learning opportunities. Mid size, entrepreneurial feel with resources and stability in place. Plus- mission and patient centric in very important TA areas. "
