"Otsuka offers flexibility of working remotely and at the office, there are opportunities for internal mobility and lateral moves, benefits are outstanding. Most of the times there are multiple projects run at the same time and you must be prepared to work effectively and contribute to the success of the team."

"Leadership has great messages about the company’s values but your experience at Otsuka will come down to your Senior HSA, Ecosystem Lead, and/or Senior Business Director. They make or break the culture and the ELs and SBDs do not follow directives from leadership.Be aware of favoritism, biases, and boys clubs. If you are not in the inner circle, you will never get promoted.Overall Otsuka is a positive work environment with great benefits."
