"As I look at our leadership teams we have female leaders in our C Suite and VP levels and that is exciting to see. We are an innovative company that is a leader in our space and our employees are so committed and connected to our mission to help patients! We have wonderful coaching and mentoring programs for all our employees and a Women at Pear employee resource group that is great. Woman are not only having seats at the table but they have a voice that is valued and they are driving innovation and strategy with their peers and teams!"

"If driving innovation in the name of public health is exciting to you, this could be the place for you. We are literally pioneering a new modality to deliver healthcare to those in need. We have many female executives in cross-functional leadership across a variety of disciplines and experiences, and I am also a working mom."
