"Avoid working for the sales subs, I cannot speak about working directly for Pella in Iowa. The sales subs operate differently and the rules are different for every sub. Even with SOPs in place, the subs are less regulated and do not follow the plans Pella corporate tries to put in place."

"Management seems to be supportive whenever there is an issue. There are open lines of communication, nothing gets done with any issues brought to management however. Being able to speak with a manager whenever there is an issue is more of a chance to vent, not fix an issue."
