Great environment/place to work, however most promotions stem from Operations (primarily saturated by male employees).

It is very flexible for families and time off needed to tend to that. On the other hand, if you're single, then you often work A LOT as your coworkers with children go to Halloween parades, kid's doctors appointments, etc.

Maybe. There are pros and cons, just like any job. Sometimes the red tape gets in the way of doing actual work, but this is often done to prevent lawsuits. And while I have had good reviews, the promotion and ranking/rating system is not transparent and is quite arbitrary.

Pepsi is a very male dominated culture. There is a strong focus on increasing diversity and hiring on more women. Men tend to be paid more than their female (and more successful) counterparts
