"It truly is a great place to work. Equality doesn't even begin to describe how the company truly makes you feel. If you work hard, it is noticed. They give you all the tools that you need in order to succeed and they are willing to do what they can to help you move forward in your career. "

"The benefits here are not great but this is the first company I've worked for that doesn't feel sexist. I believe women are paid as well as men and that promotions and job opportunities are given to both men and women equally."

"Parental leave policies here are very antiquated and I only got 4 weeks of paid time off because I didn't give birth myself (if you adopt or use a surrogate, you only get 4 weeks of PTO). Even if you do give birth, I think the PTO is still very limited."
