"Generally, I've found my coworkers and supervisors to be very supportive - but PepsiCo moves at an incredibly fast pace. I have flexibility to work from home, but I also work 10 hours most days."

"My day-to-day needs for flexibility and time off are respected, and I generally feel very comfortable with exercising these needs. Where it gets tough is managing my workload, which is always increasing. I might take a day off for a family obligation, but it's inevitable I end up working that night or throughout the weekend to make up for it."

"It truly is a great place to work. Equality doesn't even begin to describe how the company truly makes you feel. If you work hard, it is noticed. They give you all the tools that you need in order to succeed and they are willing to do what they can to help you move forward in your career. "
