"It is incredibly flexible some of the time, but not very flexible most of the time: meaning the hours are long and you have to be there for your shift, but if there are extenuating circumstances and you need to adjust your schedule, everyone is accommodating to make sure that happens. It's just not easy to achieve that flexibility all of the time. "
