"I have worked for PepsiCo close to 10 years and have experienced many changes, but one things remains the same… strong females from entry level to executive. We are a performance based company that highly encourages the female voice to be heard and supplies endless resources to ensure we’re set up for success. PepsiCo truly stands by their work life balance policies. We have the ability to flex our hours and location to balance home life and work life. It’s a special culture that is very hard to come by! "

"Frito-Lay is a very political company, especially as you move up the ranks. You must be known by those in leadership within your group. This can be difficult to maintain as your biggest champions could move to other divisions and then you could be left with no one pulling for you."

"Things change very frequently. Your whole management chain could change within couple of months, and every manager has their own views on flexibility. Some are more open while others say they are yet culture of team does not lend itself to flexibility."
