"PepsiCo is a great place to work as a women. We have great resources that allow you to meet other women in the workplace for mentoring or just to chat about being a woman in manufacturing. It is a very diverse workplace where I don't feel like I get treated differently as a woman. I feel valued and that my opinions and ideas are respected. Plus our CEO is a woman! Can't top that!"

"This employer is an excellent choice if you are willing to put in the work and like the manufacturing side of a business. There is a healthy balance between having to be out on the floor and projects done at your desk."

"PepsiCo is headed in the right direction, however sometimes I feel like they promote women just to promote them. As a female, its insulting to be promoted just based on my gender. I WANT to earn that promotion. I can't say this is a rampant issue across the company, but I would say its a watch out for PepsiCo. "

"PepsiCo is definitely trending in the right direction, however it can be difficult to get my managers buy in to have a more flexible work schedule. They grew up in a company where everyone constantly worked, so to have this culture change has been difficult for some. "
