"Look at the leadership team, if there are women in leadership roles then more than likely this department/role will promote female development and career planning and help you achieve. If all males be wary of career development and succession. "

"PepsiCo is a great place to work as a women. We have great resources that allow you to meet other women in the workplace for mentoring or just to chat about being a woman in manufacturing. It is a very diverse workplace where I don't feel like I get treated differently as a woman. I feel valued and that my opinions and ideas are respected. Plus our CEO is a woman! Can't top that!"

"This employer is an excellent choice if you are willing to put in the work and like the manufacturing side of a business. There is a healthy balance between having to be out on the floor and projects done at your desk."
