"I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to my work life balance--kid pick up and drop off, doctor's appointments, sickness, etc. There is also the expectation that I work on different shifts to work with all of the employees and I am ok with that."

"I would admonish other women to stick together better than the current women in the company do. Men lock step in the corporate world and we should heed their example and do the same."
