"I recommend it wholeheartedly. I have had 3 very different careers within PepsiCo, raised 2 sons, studied and past my PMP exam, and recently became a private pilot along with my husband of 23 years. I had to make choices about what I really wanted to do, but they were my choices."

"There are groups within PepsiCo that still have the reputation of low flexibility. During my 18 year career with PepsiCo, those groups have become few and far between, but we still have some work to do."
