"Women are well represented up to about the Director level. It's tough to move higher than that as a woman but things are improving.
There is also a concerted effort to get to pay equality between men and women in the near future."

"It all depends on who you work for. The organization promotes flexibility, however, if you have an "old school" boss it may be difficulty to leverage the flexibility clause. "
